We all pin and re-pin tons of delicious and beautiful looking recipes, but how often do we put them to the test? Well, I am that person who will actually cook ‘dinner for one,’ just to try a recipe I have pinned. There is one caveat – all recipes featured will be simple, easy and perfect for a quick afterwork meal, that tastes like it look HOURS to make. Yes, yes I know back backs are super trendy, but I HAD to share this one by Madewell. I’ve gotten to the point where I hate schlepping my oversized Everlane tote bag while in the airport. I want to keep it easy breezy with only a wee little backpack and my carry-on. I yearn to say so long to my tote unexpectedly gape wide open, having all of my stuff fall out and looking a hot mess/disorganized to all the passersby. I want to say, “Hey, I’m really not this bad!” So, this little cutie inspired me. It’s chic, functional, and I have both my eyes on it.
