Happy Friday, folks! I hope everyone has been enjoying the cooler temperatures here in Los Angeles. It is finally starting to feel a little bit like fall. And I’m getting really really excited. Ok, totally trying the workout with a few substitutions: plank for crunches and triceps extensions for the dips.
And the blistered tomato pasta is a must do, so easy too. But I will mince the garlic and put in with the tomatoes and ease up on the quantity of olive oil. Yes it is heart healthy, but I also need to watch total calories.
