As you know, home decorating has been my number one creative priority right now. Of course, I am still shopping for clothes and shoes. Sigh. What!!? Fall is coming and I must keep the wardrobe on fleek. Cut a chick some slack. Lately, I have been eyeing area rugs that will fit not only within my space’s theme, but also within my budget. I do have one confession to make however; I am breaking the rules. I have carpeted floors in the living room and bedroom. And guess what? I plan to slap those rugs right on the carpet. read more

I’m brushing up on my interior design skills and currently in the throws of redecorating my apartment to freshen things up, and to make things a bit more cohesive, and simply prettier. This has me all excited and inspired over home décor and interior design. It always comes in waves. Check out my current and favorite interior finds. I have been curating my gallery wall in my little office corner for the past two years. And although it’s a very modest wall, I love it. Why has it taken me so long to pull it together? Well, I must process finding the perfect prints, the framing process and price, and finally, deciding whether I want to spend money on another framed print, or a new dress. And did I mention the framing process and price?
