My Experience After Doing 30 Days of Ziva Meditation

During the last week of February, I was listening to the PCOS Diva podcast, and she introduced a woman named Emily Fletcher, founder of the Z Technique and Ziva Meditation. Now, if you’re a frequent reader or personal friend, you know by now that I love trying new personal development hacks and strategies to better myself, so my ears perked up immediately.

I’ve meditated off/on for years and would notice a difference in how much more chill I felt throughout the day even if I just did it for 10 minutes in the morning using an app (also while not really knowing if I was doing it right). So I was intrigued to learn more. Fletcher was promoting her new book, Stress Less, Accomplish More: Meditation for Extraordinary Performance. Obviously, I’m like, “Yes I need this!” Purchasing this. My Matcha Tonic Recipe For Energy and Beauty

I love the flavor of coffee but I’m trying to limit my intake.  I’ve given up coffee before where I only indulged on the weekends, but I almost always go back to it.  Honestly, there is nothing wrong with coffee, except that it increases your cortisol levels and affects your adrenals.  And because I can be sensitive to this, I’ve been swapping out my coffee for matcha tea the past week.

I have been playing around with different ingredients and concoctions in my kitchen to kick it up a notch, and I think I’ve mastered the perfect Matcha tonic.  I call it the Monarch Matcha, haha! And all of the ingredients help you glow from the inside out.  Enjoy! read more
